- Ensure completion of call outs in line with defined targets
- Maintain quality of leads generated.
- Self – motivated, helpful, disciplined, and punctual.
- Generation of targeted leads on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Completion of required certification in line with process requirements.
- Implementation of learnings from the coaching and quality feedback provided.
- Attend / self-learn processes / products as required by the process.
- Ensure the required levels of quality are met.
- Provide inputs to improve the process performance.
- Share Customer feedback – Voice of the customers with Managers in case any issues found.
